Terms and Conditions:
- All rates are on a per room basis and inc breakfast. Minimum of 2 nights stay during peak season (1st May - 30th Sept)
- Only weekends are currently available for your stay
- Single occupancy discount on room rate of £15 (if a room is available)
- No Pets allowed
- No smoking
- No children under 12 years old. Children over 12 years are welcome, a separate bed in the ensuite room will be charged extra.
- Payment options: Cash or Cheque with guarantee card
- Check-in is from 5:00pm on day of arrival (other times by prior arrangement only)
- Breakfast served between 8-9am weekdays and 8:30 - 10am at weekends
- Check out time 10am weekdays and no later than 11am on weekends. Check out later than advertised will incur a surcharge
- Cancellation policy:
3 – 7 days prior to arrival date – 50% of total cost of stay to be paid (100% if one night only).
Within 3 days of arrival date – 100% of total cost of stay to be paid. - Full payment due upon departure
- The proprietors retain the right to refuse any booking and also cancel any booking within 1 month of any scheduled stay
- Any damage to carpets or belongings to the house will be paid for in full
